Level 1 is a concise check best suited to newer or well-maintained homes. Level 2 is the right choice for most conventional residential properties and flats — an in-depth inspection with advice on repairs. Level 3 is the most thorough, ideal for older, larger, listed or neglected properties, or where you have specific structural concerns.
As soon as your offer is accepted. We aim to keep lead-times to 2 to 3 weeks and email your report within 3 working days of the visit, so booking early keeps your purchase moving.
No — if you’re obtaining a mortgage, your lender will arrange its own valuation, which you should query with them. Our surveys are independent condition reports written for you, the buyer.
